A new postmortem exam has shed more light on the last moments of interior designer Jeff Mwathi.

Jeff was exhumed following an increasing call from Kenyans for the Directorate of Criminal Investigation to conduct a fresh probe into his death.

The young designer had initially been declared dead by suicide but, after a fresh investigation, was ruled to have been a homicide.

Jeff’s body was exhumed in the presence of his close relatives and a massive security presence at the burial site.
